April–May and September–October are ideal: mild weather and smaller crowds. For swimming, June–September; July–August is the hottest and busiest.
How do I get from the airport to the city centre?
Antalya Airport is linked to the centre by tram (Antray) and buses. Taxis and airport transfer services are also widely available.
How many days do I need in Antalya?
2–3 days are enough for the centre and Kaleiçi. To also see nearby areas like Side, Kemer and Kaş, we suggest 5–7 days.
What currency is used, and are cards widely accepted?
The currency is the Turkish Lira (₺). Card payment is very common, but it's handy to keep some cash for markets and small shops.
Which are the best beaches in Antalya?
Konyaaltı and Lara are the city beaches; Kaputaş, Patara, Çıralı and Cleopatra are among the region's most loved beaches.
