Getting Around Antalya

· 5 min read

Getting around Antalya is less complicated than you'd think; a few basics make moving within the city and between regions easy.

Airport to centre: The airport is connected to the city centre by tram and buses. For journeys with luggage or in crowds, a taxi or transfer can be more comfortable.

In the city: The nostalgic tram links Kaleiçi and the museum area; the AntRay light rail covers a wider network. Getting a transit card is worthwhile.

Between regions: There are regular services to districts like Side, Kemer and Kaş from the intercity bus terminal. A rental car gives flexibility for far spots like Kaş and Kekova.

Tip: In summer, coastal roads can get busy; starting the day early saves time.
